Taking a principled stand on capital punishment will mean a lot of nervous sidelong glances at the Americans, not to mention our concentration camps.

I support executions. I want to see people executed for every offense. I want pensioners hanged for jaywalking. I want students hanged for texting while walking. I want vegans hanged for veganism. I want to be hanged for shitposting. I want everyone to die, I want Australia to be an empty land owned only by kangaroos and feral cats. It is time. Let us have sex.

Avshalom posted:Well, I'm not a racist, so when I say "Execute all humans" I mean indigenous Australians as well. However, if a loophole can be arranged, I'm happy to see this proud sunburnt country return to its original owners once everybody else is dead. If that means classifying them as a species of wallaby then so be it. The marsupials just stole Australia from the monotremes anyway.

Gentleman Baller posted:Agreed thats why I vote 1 greens 2 lnp. No real difference so who cares Labor are better than the Liberals. This isn't a high bar. It's also certainly not enough of a bar for me to come out swinging in defense of the Gillard ministry. Here's an example. In NSW, the possible privatisation of VET funding is an issue. The Liberals are implemented the "Smart and Skilled" reforms, with an aim of eventually making all VET funding contestable. Labor have responded with a 30% cap on contestable funding and a $100m increase in VET funding. Labor's plan actually results in MORE profit directly from the treasury for private third-party VET providers than the Coalition plan. As far as the lowest possible effort form of engagement with politics goes, sure, Labor deserve your second pref over the Libs. That's basically it, though. Endman posted:You should vote 1 Greens, 2 PUP to reward the courage displayed by comrade Clive in his attempts to get Tony to kill heself. Unironically voted Greens 1, PUP 2, KAP 3, Labor 4, Liberal 5 last Federal election, and kept the same order (with extras inbetween) for the Senate. Come at me, bro.

I voted 1 Wilkie, 2 Greens, 3 ALP and then the rest of the conservative rabble. This was before I joined the Greens though. Our Denison candidate, Anna Reynolds, hasn't really made much of an impression on me, to be honest. So many TasGoons ITT
