Wrong time of year. Pay the kid for this summer, then grab a mower on end-of-summer clearance (if you're somewhere that has an end to summer). Or hunt around and see if any place has a "last years floor model" for cheap - we got our snowblower for almost $800 off that way. Still had full warranty, and hasn't given us any problems.

I got tired of top gear many years ago. Still go for an ocasional laugh, but the jokes are all old and stale.

Haha, lets do another race of whacky vehicles. Wow, this scenery is beautiful. Bleh, another guest I don't recognize.

Just make sure your chiropractor isn't trying to cure a disease or something that isn't you back and you should be able to trust them. But I'm going against the grain of the vocal majority here, and I'm biased: my sister is a chiro, and a good one.

Well I can't see my PCP until next month so I will have finished all 8 appointments by then so we will see if it works regardless.

Me and my roommies left to do errands and came home to an empty washing machine that I had started and 2 inches of water in the basement. Luckily our landlord lives across the street so he is downstairs dealing with the mess now.

Rye IPAs are also delicious.

Honestly I would probably just eat hops if I could. The bitterness is why I love it, but IPAs, when done right, also have delicious fruit and nut flavors. To me, at least. Almost like finding the flavors in a bottle of scotch, versus just thinking it tastes like gasoline.

I've been doing (mostly) paleo for 3 months. Minimal carbs and sugar. No change in lifestyle or exercise.

I'm down 10 lbs, 2 inches at waist, 1.5 at chest, .75 at thighs (6ft2, 195 now)

Blood work is back, and cholesterol is 153/40, Triglycerides are 125, LDL is 90. Glucose is 80.

All are 'in range' for the first time in about 10 years.

Take that for what it's worth.

If you can find some Mens room black, buy everything that they have. Limited edition run by Elysian for a radio show here in seattle. They make a Mens Room Original Red year round that is really good as well. Part of the proceeds also go to the Fisher House, which is a good organization to support while drinking good beer.

The ONLY ONLY thing its been shown to possibly help treat is low back pain.

His Chiro thinks he might have a herniated disk. Time to stop going to the Chiropractor and go to an actual specialist.

I WANT IT
I cut out grains and sugar and lost about 10 pounds a month with zero exercise, down to 190 from 235 and eating better food than I ever have. It's cooking intensive and expensive but it certainly doesn't feel like "a diet" with all the negative connotations implied by that word. I don't really care what demagogues on the internet have to say about whatever the gently caress "paleo" is, I call it eating healthy. And the best part is, I can still travel and eat whatever the gently caress I want, it's about cutting out everyday fattening staples.
