I love the art but I think it'd benefit from losing or moving the Dr Zaius popup ad.

The blu-ray box does use this poster minus the silly Zaius head, but adds some apes at the bottom. A lot better then the old 'spoil the Statue of Liberty twist' on the box art.

My main memory of Eragon was them loving up continuity with the dragon's helmet between live-action segments and the cg.

Eh, I remember reading that the author was trying to invoke "era gone." I can not vouch for the truthfulness of an interview with a teenager that I read years ago, though.

I still love that Episode I teaser poster despite the movie.

The other two suckkkkk.

I wish I had it but this is some weird coincidence but there's an image from one of Kazuhisa Kondo's Gundam mangas of Char Aznable, the masked villain of Gundam that's essentially Japanese Darth Vader in popularity, where he's in his plainclothes-and-sunglasses dress from later series and his shadow turns into the horned helmet Red Comet that exists at least fifteen years before the Episode I teaser poster. I think it's even composed similarly. That seems way too similar to be coincidental.

The old parts of Sinister upset me on a base level and I watch horrifying things quite a bit. The overarching story was dumb and hokey of course though. I'm guessing from the poster that that's what they're going to focus on.

The setup was fantastic and then it shits the bed midway through the second act like 90% of modern horror. That's always frustrating when the premise and trailers focus on the beginning of the film.
