So back story on this. I registered nekrage.com and forwarded it to meatspin. Nekrage is a giant human being archeage player that thinks he's hot poo poo. He then registered his name as a trade mark and hit me up with trademark infringement. I got an email from godaddy saying I need to provide him my info to resolve this dispute. I ignored it and they gave him my info. I had cancelled the domain about a week after they emailed me this info. This was all a few weeks ago. Fast forward to today and I receive this email from this human being. quote:Hello my name,  I am thinking of just telling him I canceled it which I did and it should be able to be registered in a month or so. Or should I tell him to get bent and have fun trying to prosecute me? Also if a kind goon wants to do a backorder at godaddy.com you can probably grab the domain when it goes back out to the free market. He did the trade mark right after I registered it and I didn't have to do poo poo for the entire year I had it. So I assume there's jack poo poo he can really do. Though I'm not a lawyer. He is a literal moron. If you whois the domain it isn't owned by a person the registrar godaddy still owns it. And it expires may 15th. So now he just needs to wait the 45 days for it to go back out on the market. Source - I worked for godaddy. Except I had it forwarded to a site which you aren't supposed to do when squatting. Either way I don't own it anymore and his "lawyers" will be chasing nothing. He also said he got the trademark for free because he did it with his lawyers. What kind of lawyer does a free trademark. Is this his lawyer ? i think tokaii got it so bad because he wouldn't just say 'yea i didnt mean it like that, i just said a thing and it ended up coming out way wrong' i think everyone would have just let it go, but he decided that was the hill he wanted to go out on for whatever reason hopefully we can never discuss the saga again in this amount of depth but im not a mod so i cant make anyone do anything
