To be fair, Iron Man breaks immersion pretty hard when he slams into things at about 200mph without lasting effect. Even without the armour. Yes my immersion dammit. Avengers 2 spoiler: More recently immersion was shattered when Tony beat the Hulk in a fistfight somehow.
