It's mainly standing and gait therapy with assisted walking using the exo legs. Helps with muscle atrophy, bone density and blood flow that I get like none of from never moving my legs. It had different levels of assistance and as of now a physical therapist controls them for me but at higher levels it can sense movement in torso muscles or thigh muscles for sci patients who can flex them to command it. It's pretty cool, really exhausting.
