After the Vanilla Ice thing, it looks like if someone dies and gets DIO's blood, they become a vampire or something. So probably the blood from DIO's head would have turned Jonathan's body into a vampire, seeing as it was pretty much dead. Unless DIO attached his head while the body was alive, in which case the Crusaders will probably kill his head, and then have to fight the newly-vampirized decapitated Jonathan corpse.

Nah, when vampires steal a body it just becomes part of them and turns into a vampire part. When Joseph rippled Esidesi the arm he stole from Loggins was destroyed by the ripple as well.
