It took me a second to get it as well, but it was the first of that huge line of jokes that actually made me laugh. Use your DEDUCTION skills to work through it.

This is the first time I've actually found one of these funny. Also, colored artifacts are a thing? (I haven't played Magic since the '90s). Not My Leg has a new favorite as of 17:53 on Jun 11, 2015 |

Centripetal Horse posted:I'd never heard of Wayward Pines, but now I want to watch it. Can someone tell if it's anything like Twin Peaks? An agent comes to a weird rear end little town in Idaho searching for his colleagues one of whom has been brutally murdered and he's trying to get anyone in the place to make a lick of goddamn sense. So far not much luck.

It's actually surprisingly good. It's fairly different from the books, but it's definitely weird. It sort of feels like if the air raid siren from Silent Hill went off and the fog started coming in, it would not be out of place at all. Still, it's pretty good. The 3rd episode is a roller coaster of "What the gently caress?".

There used to be (and maybe still is, I dunno) a hotel there called (I swear this is true) Inn at the Butte. I giggled like an idiot the first time I saw the sign. Apparently, I am 12 years old.

It just doesn't work when you know how to say it right. But saying "That's a beaut of a butte" is fun in a non-juvenile way.
