It's not awesome but it's not terrible. If the artist didn't warn him that the black will probably bleed through the colour, (s)he's a bad artist, but I've seen people warned about it and promptly tell the artist that they don't care and thats where they want it.

Ah if those are ballpoint that'd make way more sense (why would you tattoo that poo poo) I'm no pro at scouting different types of ink. When you say 'THE TAIL' do you mean the one I posted or the other one? The devil tail on the asscrack? Its pretty realistically drawn but
