People are starting to make hand-held steady grips that work like that, with servos and sensors instead of a big counter-weight. It won't be long until someone makes the beer arm.

That's a ribbon worm and that's not internal viscera, but a specially evolved "tongue" (really more a proboscis) that spits out and enmeshes prey while poisoning it with toxic secretions. The proposcis actually begins the digestion process so that the prey is already partially dissolved and gooey by the time it enters the worm!  That's why it spreads out like that in that weird veiny/lightning pattern.
