You might get his underlings to say he's done things (and thereby receive a lesser sentence) because that's how American Justice works (see that Muslim guy who worked for the FBI whose only job was to infiltrate mosques and convince poor black guys to blow Jews up with a promise of vast amounts of money), but there will be no actual solid evidence.
