For some reason 10159 refused to get going on my VM despite the account in question being connected a Microsoft account. Had to create a new user with the Microsoft account, give it local admin rights, and re-sign up for the insider program. I had gotten up to 10158 before without issue, not sure what was so special now 27 days to shipping!
