If you want a real world analogy, consider the support Phil Robertson got when he made his homophobic statements and realize that many of those supporters were advocating "free speech" and probably never seen an episode of Duck Dynasty before. I never signed up for InTrade the first time, but as soon as I saw that PredictIt currently has Greece passing the referendum Sunday at 50/50 I threw ten bucks at it and now I'm going to double my money in a week.
