Yeah, the lego car models are getting more badass every year. Landing a Ferrari license can only mean good things for my shelves and bad things for my wallet.

Hopefully a 288 or 250 is in the works too. :allears:

My biggest complaint is they aren't very good about keeping scale with each year's release.

Or compare both to the VW bug and it's not even in the same ballpark.

They've had a Ferrari license for a long time; I have an Enzo/333SP in pieces, as well as a bunch of Ferrari F1 cars that my wife bought.

Picked this up this week for the two of us to build:

I reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly really want technology to get to a point where materials and electric motors are good enough so that car manufacturers make cars like the above stations wagons and such again. I don't want to go fast in them really, I just a) don't want to die if some dickhead crashes into me and b) have to remortgage my house to run one.

This would be the correct application of advanced materials and technology, you know it to be true.

I did the last time i was in reno, unfortunately that was nearly 10 years ago now.

A road trip down through there is tenuously planned once the petersen in LA opens back up.

The pics in there are from the automobile driving museum in el segundo and the nethercut in sylmar. If we had poo poo like that near here, i'd always be in there.

My parents had the 1981 base model City new and it was glorious. It had a sticker on the back that said "Max Capacity: 300kg" and my Dad was a fatty at the time so when we went shopping we were often over the weight limit. We used it for a daily highway commute of about 85km.
