Somebody check your issues of the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe to see Iron Man's 90's stats. I bet he was as smart as Spider-Man, who seems to have gotten dumber since all those movies about him as a teenager.

And I am struggling to find something interesting to say about some of them. I didn't create the bracket itself, so there are a few guys missing I'd like to have (Fin Fang Foom!) and a few guys there I don't care about (Kree High Intelligence) Annihilus has the Annihilus wave and was part of one of the best Marvel crossovers and was part of the amazing issues in which Peter and Johnny were roommates. Crossbones is super loyal to Red Skull and Sin. He was part of the plot to kill Captain America and he is an all around good number 2.

Annihilus only invaded the 616 because the 616 universe is expanding into the Negative Zone and he just wanted to keep his people's rightful territories. We was also democratically elected to lead the Negative Zone with 14,980,336,901,214 votes as a write in candidate. See FF 18.

(Though her plans were a little iffy. Improve women's role in the Marvel Universe by forcefully sterilising everyone except a small group of female villains. Turning Paladin and Captain America into Women so they'd be loyal to her.) She was a part of AIM's High Council. There's also Dr. Nightshade, a female Black Panther villain who specialises in serums that turn people into Werewolves and stuff.

She is based on this classic story. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rappaccini%27s_Daughter *= Note the female Scorpion is not to be confused with Scopria. Who is the Scorpion, but female.
