D) Actual sleeper agent - despite somehow being elected as a Republican, this obvious liberal democrat is a major fucker and some sort of wizard causing all the worlds problems, as per the gay agenda. Typical actions include strategizing for a general election, passing bills that have no discernable negative impact on dems, referring to Obama as president without a slur attached, governing.

To diverge from freepers, that article's subtle point is laughable. Every Iraqi Sunni who wanted a job under Saddam was a Baathist, and nearly every Iraqi over 30 was in their Army at some point. Furthermore, Baathism is secular and Saddam was likely a Sufi. It makes no difference that ISIL leadership was a part of the Iraqi Army. I view all of these types of articles as some ignorant attempt to justify the Iraq War. There was no realistic link between Saddam and Idlamic extremists. They were a threat to his rule and he persecuted them like everyone else who could have possibly ever undermined his iron-fisted authority.
