Apostasy on immigration. Not a huge amount of ridiculous red meat to appeal to the base. Most of the Florida Republican establishment and donors are on Team Bush. And I think there's kind of a general perception that he'll have more of a chance next time around. Also he attends both Catholic and Southern Baptist services, which is some weak-rear end poo poo.
