It's an SMG you find after a quest where you search for a "cursed" gun that has driven every previous owner to suicide. When you find it, it's really, really powerful, but it makes really annoying gun shooty noises in a shrill voice, and it will play even if you turn the master volume to zero.

I'm at a wedding and the bridal party introductions were to the Space Jam theme. There's a better than zero percent chance there's another Barkley 2 backer here. All the nameplates and stuff were in English and not Al Bhed, though.

A gun that shoots the little guys from Battletoads that steal health blocks, who steal a tiny amount when they hit and attempt to fly off screen. They have a slight homing factor, and will attempt to get the shooter if there are no enemies, and they drop the block as a minor healing item if they get hit.
