Majora's has the best side content and story of any Zelda game by far, and the dungeons are interesting design-wise but not very fun to actually play.

I have a lot of respect for Majora's Mask dungeons for being really unique (well, except for Woodfall Temple.) Great Bay has the water currents you have to manage, Snowhead has the giant pillar in the middle that influences your path through the dungeon, and Stone Tower of course has the flipping mechanic. The issue is Great Bay is a bit of a chore to get through, Stone Tower is cool aesthetically and definitely challenging but you'll be absolutely sick of Elegy of Emptiness by the end. Imo, Snowhead is pretty much perfect though and one of the best Zelda dungeons bar none.

Not a remake, apparently a completely new game set in the same universe as SMT4.

Vaguely DS relevant, but Ghost Trick was removed from iOS permanently, aka P.T.-style. As in, it's no longer in your purchase history. You can't re-download it anymore. So you might want to hunt down a DS cart of the game.

I mean, that's what I believed about Ghost Trick working on iOS8 until they kiiind of fixed it. It's incredibly likely, but a miracle has already happened regarding GhostTrick.APP. Same with The World Ends With You for iOS when it got delisted. I wrote that off as dead until it suddenly came back to the App Store.

Kilometers Davis posted:How is Tales of the Abyss? I'd say it's pretty alright and worth playing, with some caveats. The gameplay's competent enough but it's gonna feel very dated if you've played any recent Tales games, and the lack of voiced skits sucks, too. Also, your party is comprised of a bunch of assholes (and Guy) that hate each other. They start developing past that around the halfway mark, but you should probably stay clear if that isn't your idea of a good time. I would say that the character development is pretty well done, though.

I played Abyss a few months ago and I think it's pretty awful. The first ten hours are entertaining enough and takes a nose dive. The middle part has some of the worst pacing since Xenogears. For far too long it's travel around for one cut scene after another, the game part seemingly forgotten. I should finish the final boss sometime.
