If you like homestar runner the Strong Bad point and click is really good although I'm not sure if that's on steam or not. So this is from a dozen pages ago, but I'm legitimately curious about this. There is this idea that rhythm action games don't map their notes to actual points in the song. Can someone give me an example of this? I've played a shitload of IIDX, DDR, and O2Jam and with only a handful of exceptions, I can not think of an instance where this is actually true. Also playing those games at their more demanding difficulty is pattern recognition and execution, not memorization.
