precision posted:to expand on this, the Back to the Future game of theirs is really good; it's an actual point and click puzzle type game and the voice acting is great. deffo worth six bucks. If you like homestar runner the Strong Bad point and click is really good although I'm not sure if that's on steam or not. I also like Tales of Monkey Island, although temper your expectations compared to the first two games. Lurdiak fucked around with this message at 21:44 on Oct 9, 2015 |

And yeah it's real dumb that anyone would care that an ancient DOS action game wouldn't have a very high framerate. On a similar note it's good to know that one of the reviewers doesn't quite understand ADPCM compression: "Better play the old DOS version. It's a shame that they decided to use very LQ wav files as OST. For example: [WAV] [01:31] - raptor2 </11 kHz/45 kbps/502,61 KB/> (Microsoft ADPCM 11025 kHz, 4 bit, Mono, 45 kbps) You can actually replace it with a 16 bit PCM unsigned wav which sounds way better than this 4 bit crap..." So this is from a dozen pages ago, but I'm legitimately curious about this. There is this idea that rhythm action games don't map their notes to actual points in the song. Can someone give me an example of this? I've played a shitload of IIDX, DDR, and O2Jam and with only a handful of exceptions, I can not think of an instance where this is actually true. Also playing those games at their more demanding difficulty is pattern recognition and execution, not memorization.

So how are you supposed to get Bruteforce working for the PS3? There seems to be nothing clear in explaining how you're suppsoed to download it and what you need to do with the hex editor.
