The guy from TIE Fighter was at least pragmatic, the one from X-Wing was Mary Sue as gently caress (Keyan Farlander, the Y-Wing pilot who survived the Battle of Yavin with Luke, Wedge and Han). The Guy from TIE Fighter was just a force sensitive who retired and became a history geek after he got out

The biggest issue I have with episode 7 so far is that Lando doesn't seem to be the protagonist. I can't believe Disney paid billions of dollar for the Star Wars license and then didn't make every movie center around Lando.
