I told myself I was gonna start getting shredded once I successfully bulked to 160 but I'm 160.4 on the scale today and I just want bigger muscles. I've gained 30lbs since March. I wonder if I could hit 170 by the new year. just wanna get big.

Are you gonna get mo bigga? prob not I'm inconsistent as hell, spent the last 10 years bouncing up and down between 190 and 210, usually with a failed spring cut that doesnt actually kick in until the fall though I am making a concerted effort to get max protein in before my testosterone finally runs out so we shall see

todays post gym poop was 0.6lbs according to my bathroom scale. had one of those sessions where i just didnt really fatigue and did a bunch of poo poo for like well over an hour.

Given some squat advice in the gym for the first time today - less weight, and always look up. Even wider stance. Keeps your spine straight. Right? Could be right, could be wrong.
