The part about that video that makes me the queasiest is the 4 intake hoses/maybe coolant? I have no idea because I don't think my brain can handle 4 pieces of rubber of that diameter in an engine bay.

That's a pretty poo poo design.

I was wrong, the other source of oil is from whatever drips down between the lifter buckets and cylinder head, less than 0.0015" clearance. A very poo poo design.
Here is what is left of the cam. I am surprised it ran at all.

Must have taken a few miles to do this.

Until the first bump, sure.

I want to believe that's a bootleg way of mocking up the suspension during a mod of some sort but I know it isn't.

My Focus is like that. Might be related to it being a manual so I make drat sure that fucker is engaged when I park, so if I forget it when I try to pull out... the car doesn't pull out. Something with the way the rear suspension geometry is set up, the back end of the car dips down when that happens, on top of the whole "zero net motion" thing.

UPDATES FROM YESTERDAY'S INTEGRA LOSS OF POWER

And I thought this diag couldn't get any better after the work order.

After confirming the initial suspicions of chicken skeleton gang bang in the crank case, I said gently caress pushing this thing back out, motor's blown so I'm gonna see if I can get it to start long enough, Rev it up, and dump it into reverse because it's heavy and gently caress that. Let the record show that the idea worked, albeit at shorter total distances than desired.

Do you know how a Fiat Ducato signals that it's time to change the oil according to the ECU?

By flashing the red oil pressure warning light. Yeah, that's real loving funny when you're on the motorway going 140kph. Good one, Fiat :italy:

No seriously as a salesman you see that poo poo walk into your store with all sorts of red flags up do everything you can to rid your day of that before letting your tech even look at it before diag money down up front. gently caress that noise. I bet they walked over to your bay as your running out of room and switching to the back side of your inspection sheet and just casually asked "so whats wrong with it?"
