 Kept wanting to shoot this for a few nights now, every time I went the lights were off. Finally caught it tonight with the lights on. But now I'm just wondering how I could improve?

But yeah I think I'll revisit and shoot at blue hour. I have this unwarranted aversion to it because of a real estate agent I have worked with previously who demanded that I made the sky more blue, make it.... POP! Y'know??
