Simple terrines mainly composed of meat can actually be delicious if prepared by someone with a modicum of good taste who knows what they are doing, but I guess the same could be said of most anything posted in this thread...

Buddy of mine did a smoked pork one (without the hot dog water gelatin) and it was amazing.

I don't think there is a way to make nachos look like food porn. And I wouldn't want to see it if there was....like some stupid "deconstructed nacho plate" thing with like swirls of salsa and cheese around three plain chips....GREAT! NOW I JUST MADE MYSELF ANGRY!

Basically its any meat you have, any veggies you have, and any sauce you have all mixed together and cooked in one pan and then thrown on top of either rice or mashed potatoes. It may look like prison food, but it's delicious.

Last night I made tacos from a kit because I'm white trash. Today for lunch I had all the taco things that were in individual bowls in a single bowl heated up on broken pieces of taco shell. It was amazing.

I went to Burrito Boyz today. They overfilled it so much that two splits appeared on the ends down the middle and eventually met, sending fillings all over the foil and leaving me to eat it with a fork. 10/10.

Vienna sausages, like Spam, are actually quite good once you fry them. And don't tell me hobos can't fry things, what do you think the oil drum fire is for?

Ugggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I'd fight someone for putting that in front of me. I'm all for elevating regular dishes, but there's something hosed up about trying it on something fun like nachos. That's like deconstructing paella or beef stew.
