I was killing some time today playing One More Dungeon, which is a really simple SP FPS roguelike. Someone messaged me out of the blue asking if I was hacking since I recently got a (pretty simple) achievement. I told him it was a matter of time and luck, but he wouldn't accept that I wasn't cheating since he found the game to be super hard. I'm guessing he saw my recent activity and was upset that I got something that 0.3% of all owners were able to get. Apparently you can grief random strangers by not being bad at a single player game nowadays? I ended up blocking him after a minute or so of trying to figure out what he was complaining about. Also, it looks like a whole bunch of people are pissed off that a roguelike is actually difficult and doesn't allow saving. There's a disproportionate amount of whining on the community pages for a game that only costs $5 at full price.

No matter what game you play, there will always be one guy who is insanely good at it and you have no idea how. From what I can tell, people think he is hacking because he's "in front of them" and getting back stabs. You only have to get far enough on the side of someone for it to count as a backstab. In the heat of the moment, it can look to them like he's still in front of them.

The part where he got kicked for stabbing three people in the back who didn't turn around was hilarious though.

Even with a 30 second delay, watching a stream gives you all the info you need to troll. It gives you the server, the target, the target's team, what class they're rolling for easier targeting, and a rough guess of what part of the map they're in.

To add to backstabs, Once you register the backstab and the animation goes, it will guarantee a kill even if they face you afterwards from what I've experienced. He gets a backstab really easy off the demoknight because he exposed his fleshy side for a small bit for the spy to register a backstab.
