I hate that a largely complete heist design sprung to mind upon reading this. It could actually use the Golden Grin, now that I think of it.
The Fur and Loathing Heist-
"I've gotten word that the Murkywater CFO is attending some sort of high-end costume party in vegas this halloween. This is an exclusive party- tight security, weird costumes, lots of criminal behavior. We're going to sneak in as guests, kidnap the CFO, and drain some specific Murkywater accounts. That should bankrupt their cyberwarfare division and get us out form under Locke's thumb."

• "Ok, we're in. You can go ahead and mask up, but don't draw your weapons- as long as you don't get too close, security will think you're just normal partygoers."
  
• Now, aside from a general info, we don't know a lot about the target. This guy or girl is supposedly wearing some kind of animal costume, but that...doesn't narrow it down as much as I'd hoped. They'll have an entourage- look for bodyguards, track their movement. You may also be able to find clues somewhere about what kind of costume they're wearing.
  
• "Ok, that's him[/her]. Man, what a weirdo. Now that we've identified them, we need to separate him[/her] from their escort in order to get their account codes. Let's see what info we can dig up. see if you can figure out a way to get them alone. Maybe there's info on what them on the hotel server."
  
• "Ah...jeez. OK, this is gonna get...unpleasant. This guy[/lady] has some...specific tastes. Of the cartoon animal persuasion. OK, I have a plan, but you're not going to like it. Keep your distance for now. I'm sending you something via a dumbwaiter- I've marked it for you. First step is to dose their drink."

Loud would be a bit like undercover, but with gun-wielding enemy Kawaii dozers and a lot of extra-weird costumes on civilians and police.

Jokes aside, I'd really like payday 2 to avoid any kind of sexual topic, even portrayed humorously. I just don't trust the community with it.

After much discussing internally as well as with COP-owners and reading the forums, we’ve come to agree on a suggestion that we’d like to do. Here’s our reasoning:

You want something exclusive, that you know no-one else can get
You want something that looks cool, that people will instantly recognize you for
You want it to be cosmetic, giving you no edge over other players
You want it sooner rather than later
You want it to be the same quality for every COP-owner
You want it to be a set reward that every COP-owner gets rather than have an item randomly selected for you

As developers, we also want to do something that we know we can make really cool, that doesn’t affect the game balance or is something extreme that wasn’t announced as people are unable to purchase the COP DLC anymore. We also don’t want to make a completely new feature that we don’t know when it’ll be ready for, as we want to give you something sooner rather than later to make up for the lacklustre last content piece the COP DLC. And finally, we want you to feel cool using it.

Please also remember that there are 50,000 of you COP-owners, with different opinions, tastes and thoughts on what you'd like to see. There's also been a lot of people discussing this who don't own a COP DLC, but have been opinionated and given feedback on what they think is a fair reward.

There's been a lot of discussion regarding different types of things we could do. We've decided not to do anything related to the Steam market or skins, as the general sentiment among COP owners is negative towards these systems. We want COP users to actively use the content that we create for you.

After much discussion we have agreed that the best thing we can do is to give you more of what you already liked. We will take 10 of the most popular masks in PAYDAY 2 (to be discussed which 10 these are) and make them into Mega Masks that will be exclusive to COP owners, like the four previous ones you got earlier in the year. Our goal is to add these in two packs of five masks each, with the first pack being released in early 2016. This content fits all the criteria of above and is cool, cosmetic content that will make people instantly understand that you’re COP owners while giving us an opportunity to make some really, really cool renditions of popular masks.

We think this idea resonates with what the COP is all about. We’ll start sharing ideas of which masks we’d like to do and showcase design ideas of them in the beginning of January.

For you COP owners, feel free to think about which masks you’d like to see be turned into Mega Masks, or if you prefer new masks to be made with the Mega Mask style. We'll read your discussions here in the forum.

Last but not least, I'd like to again apologize for the way we handled the final reward of the COP. We've learnt a lot about what to do and what not to do during this year when it comes to how we communicate new features and functionality. We're working on getting better at this all the time and thank you for being patient with us.

We know a lot of people who purchased the COP are veteran players who wanted to support us and that many of you felt let down with the final content drop. On behalf of the rest of the crew, I'd just like to say sorry again and that we hope that you feel this content will make up for that disappointment, if even a little.

We'll get back to you in January again regarding the COP, and assuming that you like the sound of this idea, we'll get to work.

The whole point is the wishlist is a joke. Ironically owning and playing these things went out the window the instant I found out they had actual porn in them. It's all yours. I'm looking forward to the LP thread.
