So out of $670b, there's about $470b which benefits corporations and the wealthy. Not particularly surprising since they pay the majority of tax, so any tax package is going to benefit them more. And then $110b of that is a tax credit for R&D, and there's maybe ~$100b of objectionable stuff that benefits finance. I mean, sure that's not great, but what were you expecting in a budget deal? Also, none of these are "new" tax cuts.
