The guy is the community manager. Lot's of goons think it's a huge scam (109,000,000 dollars crowdfunded over 3 years with no release of the game in sight). There's a massive amount of hilarious stupidity about this right now with denial and just outright lies coming from the two people in the gif and the CEO. So it's hilarious that he did this today during their live stream. And I didn't mis-type. That's 109 MILLION dollars scammed from people. People have literally donated 10's of thousands of dollars to this. People have gotten divorces over this.  Homeless santa is a superfan   Gary Oldman was tricked into doing motion capture for "cutscenes"    The CEO's wife (who is deeply involved in everything) fake cried at a fan event and told everyone how great they were for financially supporting what's going the be "the best drat space sim ever". Meanwhile posting pictures of sports cars and yachts to twitter.   The CEO, Chris Roberts, tried to play the pre-pre-pre alpha of the game on live stream and it just crashed.    Goons as a whole have made money off of this by selling our early limited ships for double, or triple what they cost us. Or just gotten refunds. Now they don't allow refunds anymore.
