I was assuming there would be MAYBE 8-12 cars, maybe 20? 150 seems like they are really really not loving around and seems to me that this has been in the works for a bit. But I dunno how fast they can get that many vehicles so i may be wrong.

If they are all feds, the feds can just collect regular sedan cars from recruiting stations, federal offices, army bases, etc etc anywhere where civilian federal cars are kept, as they have done in the past to get more transportation. Coincidentally what they did in Waco, too. But if they are not all feds, it's just local and state level law enforcement vehicles, most likely all reserve cars from the motor pool, too.
