NPR will do at least half of All Things Considered on Iowa, starting at 4 CST. By then you'll be able to switch over to C-SPAN.

My only recollection of Rubio's ground game is that it doesn't exist. Or, apparently, he is running a "lean campaign" where-in they use social media and have few on the ground people. Has there been anything that has directly rebutted that recently or is that still probably the case?
