I am about three steps away from committing murder. I haven't gotten my wife's W2 yet, so I called DFAS. There's an automated system for that. Except oh, I need her PIN which I don't know. So I hang up and dial in to customer service. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I explain my problem to the customer service rep. She transfers me to the automated system that already couldn't help me.

I found DFAS' schedule for mailing W2s. If they considered her Reserve, then it was mailed two weeks ago. If they considered her active, then it was mailed a few days ago. I'm going to wait a week before trying to call again.
