That wasn't originally found in packs; it's an item that you could buy from cartel market rep vendors, and the amount of money it took to grind that kind of rep put it way out of reach for most players. And now it's not even possible to get that rep anymore, so it's an impossible dream for anybody that didn't already do it. Stuff from the rep vendors like armor and weapons ended up in the bronze/silver/gold armor and weapon boxes, but I don't think there even was a gamble box for companion customization. I think the grand chance cube is the only way to get one without the rep requirement, which basically means it's is the only way to get one at all, and the odds are insanely low.

You have something that is almost impossible to get, and there's a fair amount of demand, or at least there used to be.

:D Fantastic, so I can price this for the space 1%. Is that like 100-200 million territory?

The best part about space combat is that it hasn't received an update in forever. And that could probably be blamed at least partially on the playerbase.

I mean, it's straight up old Rogue Squadron style MP with a few extra bells and whistles. But that wasn't enough for some people. They wanted some sort of insane SWG JTL style space sim out of a single content update. So they just said the gently caress with it and focused the effort elsewhere instead of expanding on the content that was there over time.

That's a good thing because it was poo poo.

The only downside is that people might not know to even look for it. You might need to manually shout to sell it since people might not know it's available from anywhere other than the rep vendor.

I lucked out with it and since I bought it from the rep vendor and had it when they added it to a random pack, they let me unlock it in collections.

Me too, although the jump in difficulty from Level 5 -> 6 is insane and it was obnoxiously difficult to get the parts you'd need to even attempt the high end missions... I still haven't managed it on any of my chars, and the rewards are so lovely at that point there's no real reason to do it other than achievement hunting and wanting the title. (want that title though...)

It's really an artificial difficulty. It's not about being good at shooting dudes or having quick reactions, but about memorizing the choreography. Be in the top right corner at this time, launch proton torpedoes at this time, follow the precise path between two asteroids at this time, and hit your EMP at this time. Watch some youtubes to see how people do it, then follow them precisely.

Really? I got one from a chance cube as well... I hope that doesn't mean it's easy to get. It does look super cool though. Kinda want to keep it, but I don't really use HK-51 anymore, and if I can flip it for a ridiculous amount of credits, then it's definitely worth it to me to dump.

Every single male character gets a romance option with someone they're in a position of power with, except the smuggler.

Trooper - Elara, a direct report
Jedi Knight - Kira, his padawan
Consular - Nadia, his student
BH - Mako, a member of his crew, of which he's the boss. This one might be arguable (although she's like 18)
Sith Warrior - Vette, an ex-slave or Jaesa, an apprentice
Inquisitor - Ashara, an apprentice
Agent - Temple, a subordinate

It's a bit better with a female character but Trooper, warriors, inquisitors, BH, knight and consulars are still not great.

BW really has an issue with this.

They should just save time on the eventual Fallen Empire recruitment and just have Kira, Nadia, Jaesa, and Ashara all having adventures together in some kind of...I dunno, Jedi A-Force. It'd be pretty funny at least, and to satisfy the neckbeards you can try for the harem ending NO DON'T

Speaking of which, I mashed through the entire of the Fallen Empire story so far in a single day and, honestly, I really like it. It's kind of what I was expecting the base game to be in the first place. I mean...okay, the story is basically just the unholy spawn of Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age 3, and oh my god how many loving Skytroopers can they possibly throw at me, but other than that.

The worst thing about all the sexy padawans, as I've pointed out many times before, is that there is STILL no romance-able force-sensitive male character in the game, at all, and in fact the only male apprentice anyone gets is loving Xalek. It just makes the whole situation that much more hosed up that 100% of these inappropriate relationships involve young women calling men "master."

And they just introduced all those new companions and it's the same loving thing. They added ANOTHER force-sensitive woman you can hit on (two if you count the one who brushes you off after one try) and still no dudes. The only male Jedi companion that exists in the game has a snail head and talks in gibberish.

Part of why this bugs me is it makes the romance stories for all female Jedi/Sith really boring, and partly I'm mad that my male Jedi still has no cool sidekick to bro around with like Obi-Wan and Anakin.
