To clarify, the cost of adding attachments to a weapon has been reduced by 75%. The new skins look good. They're largely red and black with white accents. The Wolf safes include a skin for the akimbo deagles, but besides that all the weapons in question already had at least one skin.

ASSAULT WAVE and Fair Warning are both really great ones but I really want like all of the COP ones. I'll probably actually buy the chrome flamethrower though because it was like 40 cents which is a fair price to me.

Depending on the gun/quality/tier you can get COP skins for well below asking price if you're patient enough. It will depend on the skin but for many, lightly marked quality is just as good as mint so there's little need to bother - you can use pd2stash.com to check qualities to see what is and isn't a ripoff - and COP rares move fairly often compared to epics.
