well if we got the coin flip vines from iowa, that means we'll get some five card draw vines from nevada right? or is it just both draw one card highest card wins? if it's poker rules i hope we get video from a casino precinct and from one where someone who doesn't know the rules of poker fucks up and gives the wrong candidate the win

in iowa you could talk about urban/college precincts being underrepresented, but how does it work when 2/3rds of the state is in clark county and most of the rest is in the reno area? who gets the overrepresentation, the suburbs? elko and battle mountain? the whorehouses?
