So the emblem stuff, you need it to be a max size of 60 x 60 and we can pay 100,000 silver in game to change it. Feel free to make one. Also keep in mind how small and large it will be in game. A small icon near your name or a large icon on a flag.

The in-game tutorial quests actually do a really good job of explaining it all, it just takes a while to get through them because there's so much stuff.

Ok lets talk boats The ship license: Fishing boat isn't the first boat but we will start there. http://bddatabase.net/us/design/8805/ What you need is 25 - Usable Scantling 50 - Birch Plywood 25 - Bronze Ingot 30 - Pine Sap 30 - Black Stone Powder Black Stone Powder requires a workshop and a worker to make and requires you to mine up rough stones. 2 stones is 1 powder. So you will need 60 rough stones. This is pretty simple and most people chunk stones away. You also need a worker to work this workshop. Pine Sap requires you to go sap pine trees with a fluid collector. Bronze Ingots require you to have heating Beginner done, which is like level 10 of processing. You might be able to make this without that knowledge from a workshop with workers. You will need to get copper ore and tin ore which can be mined by hand or by workers via network, and then you have to process it into shards your self. Birch Plywood can be gathered by hand, or you can gather birch timber by harvesting it or from workers and then process them by hand to planks and then again to plywood. If you have high harvesting, plywood, planks, and timber can just be harvested straight from a tree. Scantling is the same thing but from logs. So you can have workers get you the raw materials, but besides the black powder, the rest can be done by hand. You may have energy issues doing that, so having workers do it isn't too horrible. The real bad part is only certain towns make the fishing ship. But it looks like fishing ships have a market price so they can probably be sold on the market place. The boat can be upgraded with a decoration, prow, and cargo container. We might also have access to the green versions that are gained from trade, workers, and imperial trading.
