His observations about how really competitive people deal with fame and setbacks are pretty interesting when he's lucid enough to go into depth about them.

I take back what I said about 4 hours being too long for a podcast. It's perfect for Between the Sheets. It's become my new favourite podcast, thanks to whoever recommended it.
