I share an opinion on that I dislike a games music and you helpfully rear end in with "hurr durr mute the background music" like common sense didn't already dictate that. Next you're going to tell me that someone made a mod to replace it entirely.

I did like Zynthetic's poo poo, but his KF1 work was fun to listen to as well. Like, KFMod1.0 KF1 poo poo. It used clips from Return of the Living Dead. Metal's a weird place though and I can almost understand their decision. They picked (As far as metal goes) inoffensive, albeit somewhat bland metal. It's probably more likely to be accepted than something from Amon Amarth or Cthonic and probably a hell of a lot cheaper than the other mainstays of metal that the average gamer would/could tolerate. My playlist for the game was a goddamn trainwreck though, so my taste in music/tone are probably shot to hell.

KF2's music is alright with me for the most part, though I never turned the vocals on. I guess it speaks a lot when I've played hours of the game and neither loved nor got tired of what was playing.

I found putting Motorhead's entire discography on shuffle to be an acceptable tactic for long gaming sessions  Also checkin out this synthwavewhatever stuff being posted, I loved the first Hotline Miami soundtrack so always looking for more of that.
