I got a Red post to say they are planning to do something for Taric similar to Fiora where there was a new skin soon after his relaunch whenever that is, so I have hope. Really the sad thing is that Sion hasn't gotten any skins since his rework, but I think Sion is also the champion who is least played with a skin in the game. Which makes some sense to me because his base model is really drat good.

Alien Soul early trip report. Laning is pretty safe because your glowy balls execute minions. Probably either max Q (stun) or W (Balls go outward and spin faster) first. The Q is like an Anivia Q, but you can't immediately detonate it, which makes it really hard to get away from assassins. The flight thing on his E is pretty cool, you can set up sweet multi-person stuns, but it's pretty drat hard. He actually really shits out damage with a few items. Seems like RoA>Rylai's>Boots is core. I feel like a Tear would be really good because his W is channeled, but it sets you back a lot if you get that early instead of building RoA.

The insane knee-jerk reactions to new champs are so funny. People are already flipping the gently caress out because Alien Soul can pull off a huge aoe stun. Of course, in order to do this: -Enemy team must be together -In mid lane -Must be post 20 minutes -E must be off it's long cooldown -your team must be in position to engage immediately

In general the League wikia is loving terrible, if it wasn't such a massive undertaking I'd make one myself because it's honestly embarrassing how crappy it is, especially compared to Valve's "official" wikis or even Smite's. Is League really hard to datamine or something? Why is Jhin the only Champ with a quotes page? Why is 7/8ths of the "Champion" page just copy/pasted blog posts? Aurelion Sol's ultimate is so loving disappointing. How can Riot have such a huge department of creative people and designers and that piddly poo poo is the best they could come up with? Any person who browses Wikipedia for five minutes on the birth and death of stars would get a dozen ideas on some big epic spell for his ultimate. This thing is like some early iteration that they talk about later on like "this was one of the earlier versions of his ultimate but it was scrapped because while it had good interaction with his kit it felt underwhelming and low impact and didn't fit his theme very well". Even if it did decent damage you're only using it to shove melee people away and get someone into a good position for your Q/W, so it's just a vehicle for his other spells. Some PR shill even said on Reddit that they went with this because they needed some sort of dragon's breath attack to make him feel like a proper dragon. This isn't some epic dragon's breath, it's a sneeze. I'm ranting but I'm a big astronomy nerd and this is such a big letdown. Everything else about him is awesome and the part that should be the coolest thing about him is basically copy/pasted from Syndra's E.
