Regarding that treasure chest map, I want to run around and use some of my keys up - does anybody know if the chests respawn relatively quickly/do I have to fight with other players to open them first etc?

Hmm I think I've figured it out. I can teleport around, float, shoot dark energy projectiles, spin at people to gently caress em up. The sorcerer is M. Bison.

I rarely ever find them and when I have they've been tucked away and no other players around. So I doubt you'll see much competition.

Does a dialog pop up when opening a treasure chest? I don't know if I've ever had a key be consumed and loot given by the five or so I have ever randomly found.

I think they respawn every in-game day, so every 4 hours aka a long rear end time.

Yea, that was fairly nice. Russian say that it's an armour stone each second crate, but that doesn't match up with someone's experiences from Mumble. Either way, get out and cash it your keys some day.

I finally forced myself to row out to the Velia hotspot and fish there for a while. Yep, just fillin' my whole inventory with yellow fish. Kind of ridiculous really.

A little trick I use to monitor what I get for chests is having a chat channel that only shows system messages, just click over to it before opening the chest and it'll tell you what you looted. I open the same two chests every day in Hexe Sanctuary and 90% of the time I get an armor stone. I'm fairly certain those two are guaranteed to drop an XP and luck scroll too, using silver keys that is.

Found a good guide about the Weapon Stone quests from the Ultimate Basteer Weapon. Of particular note is that apparently there is a similar chain for Armor Stones that lets you trade in a +5 Dobart for a +5 of any other set (Heve comes to mind as it's impossible to find on the market) http://forum.blackdesertonline.com/index.php?/topic/52453-guide-to-blackstone-quests/

I can AFK fish if I am sitting near the computer and I move the mouse every once and again, but if I leave it for a while, I come back to a lost-connection message and an Explorer crash. Anyone else having this (weird) issue?

Anyone else having this (weird) issue? It varies wildly for me, I don't get the explorer crash but for the first solid week I stayed connected the whole time. Now some nights I lose connection seemingly a few minutes into fishing or a few hours. I pretty much always stay connected when I'm at work during the day though.
