if I had to bet, it's someone picking up a minority stake in CIG, something akin 3x-4x.x% of the company. Majority rests with Roberts & co, maybe some franchise rights are exchanged. I wouldn't be surprised if a completely new player, maybe a film studio or tech company enters the whalehunting business.
