A huge leak of documents called the "Panama Papers" from a Panama off shore company shows all the people (politicians, celebs and criminals) that are hiding money. In Dutch news: alcohol-induced comas ("comazuipen") in minors are on the rise. 27% more incidents in 2015 compared to 2014. Turns out, raising the legal drinking age from 16 to 18 in 2014 didn't work out so well. It's that almost all of the big names implicated are at the top of absolute, authoritarian regimes. The people who are implicated in western democracies are going to find themselves in at least a bit of trouble (hello, Iceland!) and I suspect that we're going to find a bunch of banks breaking financial regulations just like we do every couple of years. They'll get fined the equivalent of a few hours worth of profits. But even in the event that the someone is the US is caught red handed, the government still has to prove actual wrong doing and most of those people are rich enough to hire people who keep them just on the right side of the law. Also, I'd bet that Jackie Chan's accounts are so that he can sneak his money out of China. There's been a lot of that going around lately...
