CapCom listed the full DLC character release schedule. IIRC it's exactly in order of images, though Guile and Balrog might be reversed. So we'll get Guile or Balrog this month. Juri and Urien, however, will be a long time yet.

For the Necallis among us: What do you use in terms of setups after throws? I realized I didn't have any so came up with a few, but I'm sure I'm missing some good stuff. Forward or backwards throw, you can dash in and get a guaranteed meaty cr.HP or s.HP for a crush counter if they quickrise and throw out a 3f normal, and you can follow it up with a few things. Heavy stomp gives you damage, and leaves you safe if they block, but it's a pretty big gap for a dp or quick normal. If you have V-trigger ready, you can activate, do another cr.HP cancelled into light slashes to reset and land in front or medium slashes to reset and land behind, but there's a not-insignificant amount of recovery involved and you aren't at advantage after crossing under so it's probably close to useless. If you don't want to crush counter, dash in cr.MK hits low and is guaranteed meaty on quickrise with 3f normals as well, and it hits meaty allowing you to combo into medium stomps, allowing a followup of cr.MP xx light slashes. You can V-trigger activate off of the cr.MP, but you're too far to do anything afterwards so that's bad. You can, of course, combo into critical art off of the medium stomps or the cr.MP afterwards if you're quick enough. Both of these setups work on front or back throws, but back throw has to be delayed a frame or two otherwise your normal will whiff. Off of command throws, it seems like light command throw leaves you about even afterwards, so there's nothing you can do but trade jabs if they're mashing. For medium command grab, cr.MP will hit 3f jabs but is spaced far enough away that if they don't press anything you'll whiff the cr.MP, so you can do the motion to cancel the cr.MP into light slashes. If they throw out a normal, you land cr.MP xx light slashes. If they don't, you whiff a cr.MP and you're probably fine unless they've got a ridiculous read on you doing it and can whiff punish the recovery frames. For heavy command grab, cr.HP beats 3f normals with a crush counter and, as above, is spaced so that it'll whiff. This lets you cancel into heavy slashes anywhere but in the corner freely, because if they block and the cr.HP whiffs, you get nothing. In the corner, you can go for heavy stomps instead, or heavy DP for extra damage but if they're in the corner you won't be whiffing the cr.HP so if they block you're hosed. Of course you can cancel the cr.HP into V-trigger activation on hit (or block in the corner), giving you time to confirm the crush counter into dp for the damage if you like. I might throw together a youtube video in the next day or two to illustrate this, but I'm also quite lazy so maybe I won't do that. Also I haven't checked youtube for setups so maybe better ones are out there oh god why didn't I do this before wasting my time in training.
