Fun fact: if you're making homemade mac and cheese and you're like "dang this cheese sauce just isn't quite cheesy enough", there is a secret ingredient to make your cheese sauce ascend to its true heavenly state. In a hosed up twist of fate, that secret ingredient is about a half teaspoon of yellow mustard.

half a teaspoon of yellow mustard would be just enough to add a tiny bit of flavor to your mac and cheese sounds pretty great also if you wind up adding too much milk and the cheese sauce is really runny, throw in flour like a teaspoon at a time until it thickens to the consistency you want it at (ime this actually applies to like any dairy based sauce, if you add a little bit of flour it thickens up nicely)
