INIT seems to be joint deployed with LAWN in Syndicate, loving up OSS's swiss cheese moon towers, and camping PF- and FD-MLJ, but INIT have always been the Proud Independent Alliance of the group, they help us when we're in the south and also impose the Imperium's will on shitters in Catch and Delve/Querious/Period Basis. EXE and RAZOR have been hanging in Saranen and killing the poo poo out of Venal scrublords.

Gets old repeating this over and over for people that just want to blindly believe Mittani can function without access to the game. He can't. No one in their right mind will take orders from someone that is perma banned from actually playing the game. Not only that, but you ban Mittani you ban all the assets he's holding and disrupt the CFC structure thanks to all the roles he holds. Further he's the literal figurehead of the entire thing. Banning him would be a huge morale loss. Then you factor in that he'd lose the character that's tied to his multi-dollar empire and suddenly he can't afford his daily starbucks that funds. Oh and don't forget all the accounts that will get hit thanks to account sharing.
