Is there turnout percentage by age somewhere easily accessible then?

18-29 is about 19%-20% of all Americans over 18 and 18-24 is about 8%-9% of all Americans over 18, so you can use that to figure out a rough age-bracket voting rate for the youth vote.

quote:

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Wednesday will announce a decision to keep Alexander Hamilton on the front of the $10 bill and put leaders of the movement to give women the right to vote on the back of the bill, sources tell POLITICO.
Treasury will also announce that it plans to replace former President Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill with Harriet Tubman, the sources said. There will also be changes to the $5 bill to depict civil rights era leaders.

Lew's decision comes after he announced last summer that he was considering replacing Hamilton on the $10 bill with a woman. The announcement drew swift rebukes from fans of Hamilton, who helped create the Treasury Department and the modern American financial system. Critics immediately suggested Hamilton take Jackson off the $20 bill given the former president's role in moving native Americans off their land. Jackson may remain on the $20 bill in some capacity.
Lew told POLITICO last July that Treasury was exploring ways to respond to critics. “There are a number of options of how we can resolve this,” Lew said. “We’re not taking Alexander Hamilton off our currency.”

How about Adelson's Review-Journal?

How about an unaccredited blogger?

Now articulate a test that can separate your answers to all of those.

(My answer is "yes" because any publisher of information is "the press" in a 1A sense.)

Problem there is that there's no agreed upon legal definition of "the press." Journalists aren't licensed or registered as such.

Harriet Tubman is probably the best choice if you're only changing one bill-- this way, you commemorate the abolitionist movement and strong women in American history in one go.

They're changing the $5 and $10 too. Just not who's on the front.

The new $10 will honor women's suffrage and those who fought for women's voting rights.

The new $5 will feature prominent figures of the civil rights movement.

Circulation of the new $20 will begin in 2030.

Reminder: Mossack Fonseca has a list of bad poo poo that includes helping North Korea, Assad, and Iran avoid sanctions, laundering money for all of the aforementioned entities as well as Russian and Chinese money, hiding stolen Nazi art, and having an Icelandic PM resign after less than a week due to offshore poo poo and association with Mossack Fonseca.

Quite a few of them are already in prison yeah, but presumably there's still a few people (or those connected to the already caught people) who aren't in prison.

Also anything that scares the poo poo out of people avoiding taxes is good, so the DOJ opening a criminal investigation is a very nice thing to see.
