i dont play rengar but my understanding is that the 6.3 bola changes totally broke the spell so im guessing whatever these changes are they're supposed to fix it. it might have been changing the delay that broke it, im unsure on that part.

I think the last time I saw a useful Rengar was in a Korean professional match when he was built full tank and just spammed his heal over and over. I haven't seen one since. That was probably a few years ago.

Also the changes to jungle have made double jungling a very poor decision. I am not sure just how much of an impact this will make until I see pro games on the patch but I am pretty tired of the near constant lane swaps so at least it will shake things up.
