What are you guys disliking about Caligula? From my perspective: At least one good music track (though wasn't she supposed to be a vocaloid?). Fun character designs. An interesting take on the combat system, plus i'm a sucker for concurrent turn-based combat (though it may be arse if the encounter rate is high and the preview can't be skipped). Tons of abilities? The framerate is highly  though.

The use of freezing enemies when it's your turn, the lack of characters saying anything when they're doing attacks, and the special attacks themselves look as if they didn't want to invest in making more camera angles for the combat. The art also looks like it was intended for fujoshi. And, yeah it basically does look like it wants to be Persona.

here's some footage of YsVIII for the first time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uqa9yJA-OAw Framerate is pretty iffy but the pacing is pretty much exactly what I want. Actually at this stage I'm more interested to see if 3rd's localization is censored, it has some stuff that could warrant it.

I mean it's not out of the question, since they also backported additions from the PSP version of FC, Felghana and Origins into the English Steam versions. Anyway the guts of it is the flashback reveals one of the characters was sexually abused as a child for an uncertain period of time, it covers a conversation between this character and the abuser encouraging them in before they're interrupted and the flashback breaks. Zero has a couple of hosed up moments too in the same vein, but nothing I can see being censored (because the game will never be localized lol). the rest of the games are pretty tame I don't understand the boob slider joke

Well, the PSP version of 3rd had that edit long before any of the stupid internet slapfight stuff happened. I don't think it will be edited for the west though, XSEED seem to want to port over the balance tweaks from the PSP version but keep that scene intact for the western release.
