So long as you have the relevant social skills to at least 3/4 it only takes a few missions per level to get to the next one, without them though its probably a proper grind. Every 16th mission though you get a story-line that is pretty mandatory as it gives you a massive standings boost. If you are doing missions for empire factions though do cosmos missions for a quick boost

The Caldari carrier (the Chimera) can fit a very tough tank, comparable to an Archon. While the smaller number of low-slots means it can't haul as much cargo, it is nice to be able to be able to fit cargo extenders AND keep your tank.

Is it possible to play eve with modern music? It has to be 70s and 80s type chill funk or electro or something for me, I don't think the pace suits anything else. Lipps Inc, Kajgoogoo, Erasure, Duran Duran. Its not even my generation but nothing else paces well with it in my head.
